Course Description/Learning Objectives

Conversion Training is Aircraft Type Specific Training and must be completed by each new Cabin Crew Member before being first assigned to operate as a Cabin Crew member and subsequently for each aeroplane type on which they are to operate. The training will be conducted in a structured and realistic manner and will provide knowledge and skills for Cabin Crew member to operate on a B737-800 NG/MAX aircraft type.

Differences Training must be completed when changing to a variant of the aircraft type currently operating, when emergency and safety equipment on board has changed or has a different location and when normal and emergency procedures have changed.
