Crew Resource Management Initial Pilots

B737 Type Rating Course

Approved

The type rating course is designed to train the cadet to operate the aircraft safely, efficiently and in accordance with best industry standards. A blended learning approach is carried out using classroom and computer-based training tools, procedures trainer and full flight simulators.

Dangerous Goods Training- CAR Part VI FIT 4.1.H

The course is designed in accordance with 62nd Edition of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. The course covers provisions for the personnel to perform their duties in compliance with Dangerous goods regulations.

B737 Recurrent Training and Check

The course is aimed to refresh systems knowledge and handling the aircraft with highest level of safety. The proficiency check will renew or revalidate flight crew member’s type rating for 12 months.

Recurrent Training and Check

The course is aimed for a pilot who would want to step up their career and become an instructor for B737 aircraft. The course complies with CAR FCL TRI training requirements.

B737 Type Rating Examiner (TRE)/ Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE)

The course is aimed for a TRI/SFI who would want to become an examiner for B737 aircraft to conduct proficiency checks for renewal/revalidation of flight crew licenses. The course complies with CAR FCL TRE requirements.

The course is aimed to develop and emphasize the knowledge and awareness needed to understand the threats to safe flight, and employment of mitigation strategies and upset avoidance as a prevention strategy. The training will enhance required skill sets to recover the aircraft from a developed upset to an intended flight path.

The course will familiarize pilots with North Atlantic operations. The training covers concepts, descriptions, equipment and procedures related to NAT HLA operations. The content is based on ICAO NAT doc 007- V.2021-1

North Atlantic High Level Airspace (NAT HLA

We are an GCAA approved ELP assessment center for flight crew. The ELP test is designed in accordance with ICAO doc 9835. We conduct ELP assessments for ICAO level 4, 5 and 6.

Crew Resource Management - Trainer Examiner Course

The CRM Trainer Examiner course supports new CRM Trainer Examiners who will assess the delivery of classroom CRM Trainers. This 1 day course discusses competencies of a CRM Trainer Examiner, highlights observations skills, training delivery methods, CRM standards and methods of assessment. 
<div>On completion of this course, candidates will acquire the knowledge and techniques for assessing CRM classroom training. </div>

Crew Resource Management - Train The Trainer Course

The CRM Train the Trainer course is designed to develop and support the new CRM Trainer with the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude required for their role. It prepares candidates to design, deliver and evaluate CRM Training for their organization. This course meets the regulatory requirements of the UAE GCAA - CAROPS 1 and includes the CRM Training syllabus of EASA, which covers; personality, attitude, behaviour, monitoring, intervention, resilience, startle, and surprise.

The CRM Refresher course is designed for the candidate to revisit the fundamentals of CRM training in their role as a CRM trainer by discussing any new methodologies, procedures and lessons learned.

Crew Resource Management - Recurrent Pilots

The CRM Recurrent course is designed to be highly facilitative. Candidates will review the most relevant incidents and accidents in relation to their operations. CRM skills and best practices will be refreshed during this course.  
<div> </div><div>This course meets the regulatory requirements of the UAE GCAA - CAROPS 1 and includes the CRM Training syllabus of EASA. Recurrent CRM training will be provided in a cycle such that all CRM training elements are covered over a period of 3 years.</div>

Crew Resource Management - Initial Pilots

The CRM Initial Pilots course is designed to develop and support candidates by exploring strategies to optimize the use of all their resources. They will be introduced to basic concepts of CRM principles and objectives, including Threat and Error Management. Candidates will enhance their non-technical skills with a focus on communication, team-work, decision making, situational awareness and problem solving. They will list factors that can impact safety and synergy within the operation. 
<div> </div><div>This course meets the regulatory requirements of the UAE GCAA - CAROPS 1 and includes the CRM Training syllabus of EASA, which covers; personality, attitude, behavior, monitoring, intervention, resilience, startle, and surprise. </div>

First Aid Training for Pilots provides knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with Medical Aspects, Medical Emergencies and First Aid on board the aeroplane.

The aim of this training is to enable Pilots to act in the most appropriate manner to prevent acts of unlawful interference and minimize their consequences. Security Training is interactive and gives the Pilots awareness of their obligations to the Security Program.

SEP Safety and Emergency Equipment and Procedures B737-800 NG/MAX

This training covers the location and use of all safety and emergency equipment on board the B737-800 NG/MAX aeroplane. SEP training is conducted in a structured and realistic manner and provides the participants with knowledge and skills to deal promptly and efficiently with inflight emergencies.

Crew Resource Management - Command Upgrade Course

The CRM Command Upgrade course is designed to be highly facilitative. It focuses on the change in role  and the associated accountabilities of the pilot in command. This course emphasises on team management, synergy, decision making, teamwork and leadership.
